Consultation: $300 + GST for 60 minutes

Residential

    • Sale: All standard requirements to complete and close sale.
      $950 + disbursements* + GST
    • Cash Purchase: All standard requirements to complete and close purchase. $1000 + disbursements* + GST
    • Purchase with a Mortgage: All standard requirements to complete and close purchase. $1100 + disbursements* + GST
    • Refinance: All standard requirements to complete and close refinance. $1050 + disbursements* + GST
    • Refinance & Transfer: All standard requirements to complete and close refinance and transfer. $1100 + disbursements* + GST
    • Transfer of Land: Transfer only with no discharge or registrations. $600 + disbursements* + GST

 

Fees are subject to change at any time, please call the law firm to re-confirm fees.

*Our legal fee is based on a standard real estate transaction which includes the cost for file opening, local courier charges, photocopy charges, fax charges, all communication, resolution and negotiation of contract terms, and a single signing appointment. It does not consider extraordinary circumstances such as negotiation of terms of contract and holdbacks that are not included in the contract.

NOTE: These fees contemplate a standard estate. Fees may increase depending on the complexity of the estate. In some cases, multiply or lengthy consultations and reviews will increase the cost of the estate plan.

Single

  • Simple Will: $500 + GST
  • Enduring Power of Attorney (EPA): $250 + GST
  • Personal Directive (PD): $250 + GST
  • Will Package (all three documents): $800 + GST
  • Codicil: $200 + GST
  • Special (Real Estate) Power of Attorney: $200 + GST

Couple

  • Mirror Wills: $900 + GST
  • Enduring Power of Attorney (EPA): $400 + GST
  • Personal Directive (PD): $400 + GST
  • Will Package (all three documents): $1,500 + GST
  • Codicil: $300 + GST

Hourly: $400 +

Retainer: $5,000.00
